Terms of Service
Last updated July 24, 2026. These terms apply when you book a photo booth with Eleganza Events Miami LLC.
1. Service area
We serve Miami-Dade County. Every price on this site includes travel, setup, and breakdown within the county — no delivery fee. We don't currently travel outside Miami-Dade.
2. Booking and retainer
A booking is confirmed once we receive a signed agreement and a 25% retainer, non-refundable, with a $100 minimum. The retainer holds your date; we don't hold dates without one. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event.
If the balance isn't received by then, we may treat the booking as cancelled and the retainer is forfeited.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable to a different client. If you need to reschedule to a new date, tell us as early as possible — we'll move your booking if the new date is available, at no extra charge, provided it's within the same calendar year. Cancellations after the balance is paid forfeit the full payment.
4. What's included, and what we need from you
Each booth page on this site states exactly what's included at that price. In return, we need a level, covered space of roughly 8 by 10 feet (8 by 8 for the 360), a standard power outlet within reach, and a parking or unloading spot close enough to carry gear in.
Direct sun and rain can damage the equipment and make a booth unusable — see the outdoor guidance on the relevant booth page. We'll ask about your setup location before the event and flag anything that won't work.
5. Extra hours and add-ons
Extra hours, prints, canopy, and power-bank add-ons are priced on the /pricing/ page and are subject to availability on the day — we can't guarantee an extension requested on-site if our team has another booking after yours.
6. Equipment care
Our attendant runs the booth for the length of your booking. For the self-service drop-off booth, you're responsible for the equipment between our delivery and collection — please keep it indoors, away from weather, and let us know immediately if anything is damaged or isn't working.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We aren't responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside our control — severe weather, venue access issues, or similar.
8. Photo and video use
You and your guests own the photos and videos from your event. We may use a small number of images from your event for our own portfolio, website, or social media, with your permission — see our Privacy Policy. Tell us if you'd prefer we not use any images from your event this way.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Miami-Dade County.
