Privacy Policy
Last updated July 24, 2026. This describes what Eleganza Events Miami LLC ("we," "us") collects and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
When you request a quote, our contact form (hosted by Zoho Forms) collects your name, email, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, city, and any details you choose to add.
When we run your event, our attendant or delivery driver may collect the venue address and a day-of contact number, used only to coordinate that booking.
Photos and videos taken at your event are processed through our booth software (LumaBooth) to apply your chosen overlay, backdrop removal, or AI style, and delivered to your guests and to you by text, email, or QR code.
Basic technical information — browser type, general location, and pages visited — is collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data.
2. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We don't share it with data brokers, and we don't use it for advertising unrelated to your own event. The only parties who ever see it are the two named in section 4, and only to do the job you hired us for.
3. How we use it
To reply to your quote request, confirm a booking, coordinate event-day logistics, and deliver your photos and videos afterward. To send a single post-event message that may include a request to leave a Google review. To improve our service — for example, understanding which pages help people book.
4. Photos and videos from your event
Every photo and video from your event is yours — delivered to you and your guests, and kept in a downloadable online gallery for three months on attended bookings.
We occasionally use event photography on this website or our social media as an example of our work. We ask for your permission before publishing anything that identifies you or your guests, and any client name shown alongside a design example is used with that client's consent. If you'd rather your photos never be used this way, tell us when you book and we'll note it.
5. Who we share information with
Zoho, to process our quote and contact forms. LumaBooth, the software that runs our booths, to apply overlays, remove backgrounds, and generate AI portraits, and to deliver your photos. Neither is authorized to use your information for their own marketing.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. How long we keep it
Quote and booking details are kept for our own accounting and customer-service records. Event photo and video galleries are kept online for three months, then archived or removed.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to delete your contact information, opt your event photos out of any marketing use, or ask what we hold on you, by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our booths are used at family events including quinceañeras and birthdays, so children's images may appear in event photography. We do not knowingly collect contact information directly from children; all booking information comes from the adult booking the event.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially.
