How we work a wedding
- We arrive early and set up before guests do — never during your reception.
- We stay out of the way through the ceremony, dinner, and speeches.
- We open the booth when the dancing starts, which is when people actually use it.
- Our attendant runs it all night so no one is fumbling with a screen.
- We clear out cleanly at the end, without interrupting anything.

The morning after, you get a private online gallery with every photo from the night. It's often the first place couples see guests they missed — and it's yours to keep and share.
Practical
Booking and your venue
- Book early. Saturday wedding dates go first, especially in season.
- Load-in. Tell us your venue and we'll coordinate arrival and setup times directly with them.
- Space. Most booths need about 8 by 10 feet and a power outlet. The 360 needs roughly 8 by 8 feet of flat floor.
Booths start at $395 for three hours, including setup, breakdown, and an on-site attendant. Most receptions book four to five hours — extra hours are $125 each, or $175 on a booth that prints.
A 25% retainer holds your date; the balance is due seven days before the event.
