Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 24, 2026. We want this site, and our booths, to work for as many people as possible.
This website
We build this site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practical — including keyboard navigation, descriptive alt text on every photo, and sufficient colour contrast. It's an ongoing effort rather than a finished state; if something doesn't work for you, we want to know.
At your event
The DSLR, digital, glam, and AI booths can be set up at a wheelchair-accessible height on request — tell us when you book. The 360 platform has a lip and isn't wheelchair-accessible; the other four booths are a better fit if that matters for your guest list.
